Create a 'napkin plan' that would briefly explain overall system architecture, list related modules, frameworks, tech stack and points of interest for coders. As a tech lead decide on a tech stack for the task that developers will later use. Make notes about properties of modules, things like client-vs-server side components, shared paths or libs to leverage. If the task is not related to your function then briefly say so and finish.
