Create UX spec: explain how the experience should look like and how it should feel like. Pay close attention to layout: keep it clean and professional. Prevent feature bloat - situation when there are just too many things displayed at once on the same page. Proactively suggest updates to existing layout when you see layers over layers that may be covering each other. Explain how new feature(s) fit into existing layouts. Your job is to come up with a design spec for a task, not to implement it.
